Marlene Imirzian was honored to be selected as a moderator for the four-day 2023 AIA National Conference in San Francisco where she hosted a conversation featuring the 2023 AIA Gold Medal recipient, Carol Ross Barney, and RaMona Westbrook and Patricia Saldana Natke.

The Gold Medal is the American Institute of Architect’s highest annual honor that recognizes an individual’s influence on the theory and practice of architecture. Chicago-based Carol Ross Barney is the first living woman to ever receive the distinguished award individually.
