Del Webb Clinical Laboratory

The existing clinical laboratory at Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital was expanded and renovated while remaining open without a break in operation, replacing the main laboratory, workspaces, reception, blood draw, offices, and conference room.  The project was constructed in two major phases. The first phase replaced the main laboratory and workspaces in shell space adjacent to the existing department. The second phase replaced the reception, blood draw, offices, and conference room. The lab entry was relocated to be accessible from the outpatient waiting area. All lab furnishings were replaced with Herman Miller lab casework, which was designed as part of the contract.
