Phoenix Home + Garden | 9 Sustainability Stars Making Waves in Arizona

Paradise Valley Community College’s Life Science Building and HomeNZ, respectively.

 

Marlene Imirzian was named one of Phoenix Home + Garden’s top nine sustainability stars in Arizona.

Marlene Imirzian & Associates Architects’ energy efficient practices, especially implemented in the Life Science Building and HomeNZ projects, are highlighted as well as the design aesthetics fittingly attuned to the desert landscape. Marlene Imirzian & Associates Architects continues to prove that sustainability can be budget-friendly, economically-wise and still uphold street appeal for the general public. The surface has only just been scratched in terms of the potential that Arizona has for independent and efficient housing.
