Valley Lutheran Hospital Home & Community Care Hospice House

The Hospice House is a significant renovation of an existing single-family house into a thirteen-bed hospice center, including a complete overhaul of mechanical systems, accessibility, and egress. The site required new master planning and an addition to complete the facility. The plan took advantage of existing residential spaces and expanded into the former garage. Exterior activities included covered porches, a hot tub, and a fruit garden.
