City of Phoenix Fire Station 3 Renovation

Phoenix Fire Station 3 is a major renovation of the existing two story station.  The Second Floor renovation provides for new Firefighter and Captain Dorms, Day Room, Storage, and Hall finish upgrades.  The First Floor renovations include Laundry, Turnout Room, Kitchen casework & equipment.  Dormitory renovations include current standards for City Fire Dorms including bed, lockers, work counter, equipment/phone shelf, blackout shades, lighting, HVAC, and full acoustic separation.
