- 2016 AIA Western Mountain Region Award of Merit
  Marlene Imirzian & Associates Architects is the recipient of the 2016 AIA Western Mountain Region Award of Merit for the Mesa Community College Student Portal Complex held in Salt Lake, Utah.

- 2015 AIA Arizona Firm of the Year Award
  Marlene Imirzian & Associates Architects is the recipient of the 2015 AIA Arizona Firm of the Year Award.

2014 –
- AIA Arizona Design Awards: Miramar College HDATT Merit Award
  MIAA received the 2014 Merit Award for the Miramar College Heavy Duty Advanced Transportation Building in San Diego, California.
  
  The AIA Arizona Design Awards program recognizes excellence in design, planning, and construction of projects located anywhere in the world that are designed by AIA Arizona architects registered and licensed in the State of Arizona.
  
  The Design Awards program honors the highest standards of design in response to user requirements, site, context, climate, and environment. Each entry, regardless of size or classification, is judged individually on the basis of total design merit.
- CCFC Honor Award for Miramar College HDATT Building
  
  MIAA was awarded the 2014 CCFC Honor Award in the Growth category for the Miramar College Heavy Duty Advanced Transportation Technology Building. The award ceremony will take place September 8-10 in Sacramento, CA.
- ARCHITECT 50
  
  Marlene Imirzian & Associates has been recognized by ARCHITECT Magazine as one of the Top 50 design firms in the U.S. as part of the 2014 ARCHITECT 50. The ARCHITECT 50 is an annual ranking of U.S. architecture firms based on the categories of Design, Business, and Sustainability.

  2013 FAIA Announcement:
  
  Marlene Imirzian has been recognized as a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in the category of Design. The Fellowship program was developed to elevate those architects who have made a significant contribution to architecture and society and who have achieved a standard of excellence in the profession.
  
  The 2013 Jury of Fellows from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) elevated 122 AIA members to its prestigious College of Fellows. Out of a total AIA membership of over 80,000 there are over 3,000 members distinguished with this honor.
